We are different
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is not a concept that is an afterthought and has been added retrospectively. It forms the basis and foundation upon which our business operates.
When we commenced building our industry-leading bespoke IT platform, our quality management system was the starting point, and we built our business processes around it. Today, we have a completely embedded QMS that is robust, transparent and meets the increased demands of our customers in high-technology markets.
Quality Approvals
Our approvals can be both industry and company-specific. We have over 50 accreditations with Smiths Advanced Metals alone with companies such as Airbus, BAE Systems, Eaton Aerospace, GE Aviation, Leonardo, Lockheed Martin, MBDA, Moog, Rolls Royce, UTC Aerospace, plus many more. Quality Certifications
We hold BS EN 9120, BS EN 9100, BS EN ISO 17025 (Testing) and BS EN ISO 9001 accreditations and our quality management systems fully comply with all their requirements. Moreover, we go beyond these requirements in several areas to ensure the quality certification levels called for in BS EN 10204 are fully maintained and upheld. Traceability
Our quality management system is centred on traceability. Every piece of material entering our warehouses is given a unique reference number (MAN - Material Arrival Note), which serves as a record and a barcode label while the material is under our care, so we have full visibility of its journey.
